When will confirmation letters and tickets be sent out to parents?

The administration team will be busy sending out confirmation letters and tickets for your children to attend Lighthouse Burnham this week (7th July 2010).

 

How will the tickets be allocated?

First priority will be for helpers children and then tickets will be allocated according to the date the application was received.

Will every child be given a place?

It has always been Lighthouse’s policy to welcome every child to Lighthouse, however, we have had such an overwhelming response for children wanting to attend this year that we will be having a waiting list.  The safety of the children is our utmost priority, and we need to ensure that we have enough helpers to supervise the children. 

I haven’t received a confirmation letter, what should I do?

We are doing everything we can to recruit more helpers so that more children can attend.
